Brandon is committed to fighting for and empowering workers to create workplaces that are just and humane. Before joining the firm, Brandon served as the judicial law clerk for the Hon. Christian Sande in the Civil Division of the Fourth Judicial District Court of Minnesota. During law school, Brandon interned with the American Federation of Teachers as a Peggy Browning Fellow and with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission as a Warren Spannaus Public Interest Fellow. He also served as an editor of the Minnesota Journal of Law & Inequality and as an officer of the University of Minnesota Law School Student Employment & Labor Law Association. Before law school, Brandon served as an officer of a union that represents educators in Catholic high schools.
